DepoBupivacaine,^™ our lead product in clinical development for post-surgical pain is in advanced clinical trials. The Pacira development teams have successfully completed Phase I and II studies in several surgical pain models with multiple routes of administration, including infiltration, epidural, and peripheral nerve block. The Phase III clinical program is studying DepoBupivacaine administered by deep tissue infiltration for postsurgical pain.

DepoCyt^® is delivered to patients with lymphomatous meningitis by healthcare providers in the United States and distributed by Enzon Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Mundipharma International Holdings Limited provides DepoCyte^® to patients in Europe and Asia (Ex-Japan) through several clinical studies, as well as, traditional healthcare provider channels.
DepoDur^® is delivered to patients for post-surgical pain by healthcare providers through our partners, EKR Therapeutics, Inc. (North America), Flynn Pharma Ltd., (European Union), and Orphan Australia (Sigma Pharmaceuticals Ltd.).

Depocyt/Depocyte provides the most convenient intrathecal therapy dosing of cytarabine once every two weeks.
