Building tomorrow’s leaders
We foster leadership at every level through programs like Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Mentoring, as well as 24/7 access to tools like LinkedIn Learning. Since 2018, our P.O.W.E.R. (Preparing Our Women for Excellence and Results) group has also supported women’s leadership growth and networking across Pacira.

The Pacira BRIDGE Council serves as a strategic advisory and engagement body, bringing together employees who champion connection, belonging, and inclusive practices across the company. BRIDGE reflects our continued commitment to DE&I, while expanding how we connect, support, and grow as ONEPacira.
Our community involvement
San Diego Rescue Mission
In February 2024, employees from our Science Center Campus in San Diego joined the San Diego Rescue Mission team on their community outreach program. Snack bags were assembled and handed out to people experiencing homelessness. This activity supports the organization’s goal of building trust and addressing hunger within the community. San Diego Rescue Mission is a non-profit homeless shelter and recovery center serving thousands of men, women and children experiencing homelessness, hunger, poverty and abuse in San Diego since 1955.
Building bicycles in Las Vegas
Our Market Access, Professional Education and Shared Services teams were brought together to foster relationships and create more cohesive collaboration across teams. The group worked in teams to build bicycles for underprivileged children in the Las Vegas metro area.
Pay it forward
Our Clinical Education Managers team held a Leadership and Clinical Skills development workshop in Tampa. Prior to their time together, they collected donations in honor of a team member’s father who recently passed, who always liked to “pay it forward.” The funds were used to purchase personal hygiene items for homeless and local Veterans. The team assembled over 100 care bags to be distributed to those in need.
Coming together at Atlanta Mission
Our Gulf Shore Sales team spent time volunteering at the Atlanta Mission, coming together afterward to collaborate on sales strategies and strengthen their teamwork.
Rain Garden Project
Our sales team was on the ground at Warner Parks Nature Center volunteering for their Rain Garden Project.
